Tipping...

Hi Ladies..

I thought I would ask you since you are all in the process of gettng hitched!!!!

I am trying to set a budget for tips for the wedding.. and I don't know who I have to tip and how much.. This is what I know so far...

Maitre D > $3-5 per person
Bridal Attendant >
DJ > (he's a family friend and won't accept money, so we were going to buy him a nice gift)
2 MC's >
Limo Driver >
Photographers (2 of them) >
Hair Stylist (another family friend that I wil buy something for)
Make up Artist (My sister, so she's covered)
The Videographer and Assistant >

Who else am I missing.. We are getting married in a church with the church organist and a singer.
