people say you are supposed to tip the cake delivery and flower delivery guy, but how and where? when they drop off flowers at your house?

We're going to tip the flower delivery guy when he drops the flowers off at my house...The hall's providing our cake, so we don't have a delivery guy for that to worry about...

We tipped our florist when they showed up with all the bouquets. We didn't tip the cake delivery person becasue it was delivered well before we got to the RH. It was part of our package, so I am not really sure how that worked.
