Tipping...

So, I just read MrsB2B's post about tipping and it got me thinking - what are we supposed to be tipping our vendors?
So, if you wouldn't mind, could we share what we're going to be giving:

a. officiant (inc. altar boys/girls)
b. photographer
c. limo driver
d. makeup artists
e. hair stylist
f. maitre d
g. wait staff (if separate from maitre d)
h. DJ/Band

anyone else I miss?

the Bridal attendant
Florist assistants (that help set up your centerpieces)

Bartenders
Valet
Bathroom Attendants
Coat check people
Flower delivery people
Assistants to the photog, video, etc.

I don't think you HAVE to tip these people, but I'm throwing them out there in case you want to.

Tipping =

a. officiant $100 (we don't have altar boys)
b. photographer $100 for him and same for 2nd photog
c. limo driver $50 each
d. makeup artists she works on her own so she makes all the money from that day- there's no biz she has to kick back to- so i don't know if we are going to tip her- if we do- $50
e. hair stylist same as above but if we do- $50 each
f. maitre d $500
g. wait staff (if separate from maitre d) that is worked into our PPH
h. DJ/Band band- $50 each member

Video guy gets $100

Here's what we gave.. I dont know if it's wrong or right.. but this is what we did.. HTH!

a. officiant $150 [no other tips given, no alter servers]
b. photographer $100
c. limo driver- we had 3 limos so- our limo guy got $50, and two others split $50
d. makeup artists- $50
e. hair stylist-$50
f. maitre d- $500
g. bridal attendant- $150
h. Band-10 pieces- $200

florist-$150
photo assistant- $50
videographer-$75

I think thats it.. any other vendor tips were included in the price
