Tipping

I have 10 more days until the wedding and I have everything under control except for the tips. Who do I tip other than Mater' D (or however you spell it), bridal attendant, alter servers at the church,..who else!! I am drawing a blank. Do I tip the DJ if he owns the company?? Do I tip the limo driver if it says it is included in the contract!?
