Is it necessary to tip owners? The makeup lady is the owner...and our mc is the owner so should i tip the dj??? im confused..all this tipping is going to kill us

I had the same question during my sister's wedding. She told me to tip the makeup person. I still don't understand why since she is working on her own and gets to keep the full amount.
We tipped both make up person and DJ even though they were the owners of their company.

See I didnt include tipping in the budget cuz i forgot....i cant afford that much....im giving the maitre d 150 cuz hes already getting 300 from rh.....limo driver 50, flower deliverer, 50, two djs 50 each, photographer and videographer 50 each....so if they dont appreciate what they get oh well...
