tipping?

Im sure some has posted this before but i was in the car driving and thinking about it...HOW MANY PEOPLE GET TIPPED on the day of our wedding? Can we get a running list going and about how much we are giving each person?

Maitre d'- $2 or $3 per person
Bridal attendent- $50
Photographer-$50
assistant - $25
Videographer -$50
Limo driver -$50
MUA- $25

**I think it all depends on the service. Also some gratuity is included in the package so you don't have to tip them.
