tipping?

Can someone please give me a complete list of who you have to tip the day of the wedding and how much is traditional to tip each vendor/waiter..etc.?

i am so afraid I will end up forgetting someone!

we tipped:
the limo driver - $75.00
the bus driver (coach bus for hotel guests) $60.00
main photog - $100.00
photojournalist - $75.00 (was there for shorter)
maitre d - $550.00 (typically its 3-5 dollars per head) we had about 146 people...
Bridal Attendant - $100.00
DJ - $100.00

We tipped:

Maitre'D - $3.50 per guest ($525 total)
1 DJ/ 1 MC - $80 each
3 Photographers (1 main, 1 photojournalist, 1 assistant)/ 1 Videographer - $285 total
Bridal Attendant - $175
2 Bartenders - $60 each
2 Limo Drivers/1 Bus Driver - mandatory 20%, then we gave them each an additional $20 (the drivers were great, the limo company itself was horrific)
Valet - $60
Makeup artist - $75 (I tipped for myself and my girls)
Hair stylist - $70 (also tipped for myself and the girls)
Florist - $60
Rabbi - we gave him $100 to cover his travel expenses (gas, tolls, etc)

Other people to tip:

Restroom and coatroom attendants

we tipped:
maitre'd
bridal attendant (i didnt tip mine b/c he did nothing the whole night)
2 limo drivers
each photographer
videographer
priest (never gave him his because he f-ed up BIG time!
we had a dj, mc, percussionist and lightshow/photo montage so i just put the DJ company's name on the envelope and let them divide it themselves
person who delivers the flowers
hair and makeup artist(s)
and then i kept an envelope with about $300 extra in case we wanted to tip more than we allocated or if we accidentally forgot anyone

Also a little tip - get the $$ together a few dyas before and put it in labeled envelopes but dont seal them!
