tipping

Okay ladies I know this has been posted a lot. But I need to know ranges for tipping the following people:

Matre D
Attendant
Florist (do we tip them??)
Photographer (owner of Company)
2nd Photogrpaher
Dj
MC (owner of company)
Makeup person (is getting paid in cash and is freelance)
hair person (also paid in cash and not traveling-Im going to them)
Videographer (I won this so I want to be generous)
Cake (owner of company)
officiant


Im not having limos. But otherwise am I missing anyone?

i did hear that you do not tip the owners...but I feel weird not tipping...even if it is small

ya me too. Im going to still tip them, but maybe not as much i guess.

And Im really not sure what to do about the officiant...
