Tipping

I know this has probably been posted before, but I just want to know whom everyone plans to tip and how much you plan to tip them. I appreciate any 'tips' on this. I know it's corny; I couldn't resist! TIA!

FH & I would tip as follow:

Matre D: $3-5pp as recommended by my reception
Photographer: $50-100
Videographer : $50-100
Florist : I don't know
Limo :$100

VNV .. Thanks for that.. I sometimes get carried away with tipping because I don't want to be cheap..
