Tipping

So on wedding day, who gets tipped and what amount?

I believe everyone gets tipped, photo/video, dj/band, matre'd, bridal attendent etc.

I know my hall gave me a ratio for the matre' d and my dad will figure everyone else out.

MD, Bridal Attendant, DJ/MC, any add'tl band members, Photog (or just his/her assistant if they are the owner of the co), Videographer, limo drivers, florist delivery guy, hmm im sure there is more!

How do you tip the florist delivery person if they are there before anyone else?

you tip him after he/she delivers the flowers to your home the day of, after you inspect them...If you do not see the person [if its a different person], you do not tip them (this is only in regards to them setting up your hall)
