do you tip the assisntants as much as the photographer??

i was thinking of giving the photog. $50 and then the ***. $20 is that reasonable??

Our photogs are husband and wife and own the company (it is just them) so I'm not sure what we're going to do... I was thinking maybe $100... but after the $6k we're spending I feel like the $100 is nothing... I'll have to talk to FH about this one...
