Tipping!!

What is everyone tipping the following people:

Maitre D-
2 bridal attendents-
Photographer (owner)-
Photographer (2nd)
Videographer-
DJ-
MC (owner)-
Zap shot guy-

I need to figure this out asap!

Sorry, I won't be much help, but I'm not planning on tipping the photographers or videographer! Is this standard? They are charging us a pretty penny as it is, I don't think I'll be giving them any extra cash! lol

I was told that you tip the Maitre'd $2-3 per person you have at the wedding.

OK here is the breakdown from Bride's magazine...

Officiant: $75.00 to $100.00
Ceremony Musicians: $20.00 to $25.00 each
Alter Boy & Girls: $5.00 to $ 10.00
Delivery People (Flowers,Rentals, Cake) $5.00 to $25.00
Coat check: $.50 to $1.00 Each Coat Unless in RH Contract also let your guests know that people have been tipped..
Valets: $1.00 Per car unless in your RH contract
Hotel Wedding Cord: $200.00 to $400.00
Wait Staff: 15% to 20%
Bartender: 10% of total Liquor bill unless included in your RH contract already
DJ or Band: $50.00 to $100.00 for a DJ $20.00 to $25.00 each band member
Photographer: $50.00 to $100.00 if working for studio if self employed no tip!
Independent Wedding Cord: Not expected!! But if you were very happy with service then $100.00 to $1000.00
Limo Drivers: 15% to 20 % of total bill!! Also this is NOT Included in your contract amount!!!
Hair stylist & Makeup Girls: 15% to 20 % of the total Bill!!
