Hi I am having a duel ceremony at the reception hall. I am paying a high price for both, which I find crazy..... Do I need to tip them on top of that? Any help would be greatly appreciaited.
Some places add the gratuity but most don't. Mine for example has a 20% service charge but it does not constitute as tip. I am planning to tip the key players of the wedding; Maitre'D, Bridal attendant and the bartenders...if I have extra I will do the coat check person and the waitstaff but that's definitely in your own discretion because keep in mind that is a lot of people to tip! HTH
If you are talking about 2 officiants at the RH I am having the same and I am not tipping. I am paying them almost 600$ each for 30 minutes and they are pocketing that money.
