tipping?? Advice from married LIWers??

Hi girls:

I'm making out my tipping envelopes and I think that some of the suggestions that were made to me are a little steep.

What did you tip:

Bartenders?

Maitre'D?

Limo Driver?

DJ?

Photographers?

I'm so confused. Plus, FH thinks tipping is stupid. If I get some ammo from you guys, I won't feel awful handing out cheap tips.

We tipped the bridal attendant ($150, I think) and the matre-d ($3-$5/pp). That's it.

Limo driver: $25
Maitre d': $200
