Tipping at the wedding

I need help.
Who do you all plan to tip at the wedding and who did you have give what? We have gotten all sorts of ideas and advice on this one and are pretty generous as a rule but are starting to feel very much taken advantage of. Please be as specific as possible. Also posting on newlywed board to get the opinion of newlyweds.
