i believe the bar tender and valet are covered in your RH's gratuity charges...we are paying 20% for gratuity so i am assuming they are included.
I think you're right... plus people usually tip their valet and leave something for the bartenders too...

guest normally tip valet.... but the bartenders should be included in your gratuity (sp) pricing...

I always tip the bartender & valet when I go to a wedding. Maybe that's just me Do guests usually not tip the bartender? I guess being a former bartender I just take it upon myself to tip them.

Same here...covered by our 20%. Usually guests do tip throughout the night anyway. I wouldn't worry too much.
