Tipping DOC

Hi ladies,

I'm thinking about getting a DOC, besides the rate that you're paying them, is it necessary to tip them as well? Also, if anyone of you can recommend a good DOC with their rates for 2012 I'd really appreciate it!

i threw my DOC an extra $100 at the end of the day because she truly went above adn beyond

i used Leane from Above and Beyond Events LI and HIGHLY recommend her!

The Cheeky Girls aer amazing and have reasonable prices.

The recommended tip for a DOC is $50-$100.. I gave them more because they earned it!!!

Just remember you have to feed them too so that's an extra plate!!

i didnt feed my DOC because she left at 9pm. for me, it was more important to allot the 10 hours i had with her earlier in the day- our day started at 8am - i had her come at 11am-9pm. ceremony started at 5pm but we did pics before. she handled a floral disaster earlier in the day and also decorated the church - also coordinated teh ceremony and made sure that the reception room was set up, etc.

once we were at the hall after the entrance (aroudn 8pm), there wasnt much for her to do - we had a BA and a MD. i think ti was the perfect set up and i didnt have to pay for her plate - score!
