I'm hoping that those of you that have had B-pics done could help me out :) Did you tip the photographer? I would assume I should tip the makeup artist, but how much? I don't know how much she is separately charging, so I don't know how much 20% would be. Also, the photographer is the owner and she's not cheap by any means. So, how should I go about tipping her? I'm getting about 3 hours of picture taking and up to 4 outfits if this helps. Thanks in advance ladies!!

Maybe $40-50 dollars. If your already paying a lot, and she's the owner I would not give anymore than that.

My friend and I did shoots back to back with a photographer and she was fantastic, we were going to give her $120, so $60 from each of us. She wouldn't even accept it though. I'd say about $50 is good.

I tipped about 20-25%. I had a great photographer who offered an amazing package at a fabulous price though, so tipping didn't exactly blow the bank.

generally I tip for a job well done. If she makes you feel comfrtable and good experience, I'd say so. I tipped I think $40-$50

Honestly, I think tipping gets out of hand these days. I did tip my photographer (who may or may not be the same as yours ) but I think about $20 and then the MUA $10. They were already getting the full price I paid to work with them so anything extra should be more than enough.

I was just going to ask this question too because I just booked b pics and the photographer is the only photog... so he's the owner too. If I feel like it went great, then I guess 40 bucks or so... $50 would be 20% of the full price of the session I bought so I don't know!
