What is appropriate for tipping the MD? I think i remember reading $3-$5 pp. Is this about average? What are you planning on tipping? TIA!

I am tipping about $200 for 125 people. I know it sounds cheap, but I have to tip the bridal attendant, the dj, and a bunch of others. I am not that worried because in my family, every table usually tips each individual waiter as well.

We gave $600 for about 200 people, so $3 each. By the time the big day came we couldn't fathom giving anymore...we were so tired of paying people - it gets really overwhelming!!!!

Russo's recommended to us 2-3 dollars per head.

We were thinking of doing $4pp so our tip would be around $600-$700. I guess we have to see how many guests we will have and how well the maitre'd deserves it. lol
