tipping help...

Here is what we tipped:
Matre d' - $520 ($3 pp)
Hostess - $100
DJ - $50
MC - $100
Videographer - $100
Assistant - $50
Photographer - $100
Limo Drivers - $50 extra per driver
Florist Delivery Guy - $40
Makeup Artist - $70

Photograher and Videographer $100 each (felt they did an outstanding job and were with us 12 hours that day)

Maitre D, Bridal Attendant Captain $450 total (per halls guildlines, we weren't happy so we went with the minimum, should have been less than that)

Hair/Make Up $0 their own business
Florist $0 her own business

Wedding Coordinator $100 (originally planned $50 just for the assistant but they were so fabulous we gave extra)

DJ/MC $50 each

Limo at end of the night $15 for the ride to the hotel, other tips were included and we didn't feel they did anything to deserve extra than the 20 % we already paid

I feel like I am forgetting someone but I think that's it.
