Tipping HELP!!

I am confusing myself with trying to figure out who to tip and how much.
How much should I tip the florist? they are delivering my bouquet to moms setting up the church and going to the hall)

How much should I tip the Maitre d? $3-$5 per person? Does the wait staff get a cut from the Maitre D?

Should you tip waiters/ Bar tenders?
How about Cake Delivery? How do you get it to them?

thanks Ladies, I am almost in full melt down status!

Tipping HELP!! - Long Island Weddings

The only one I know for sure is the Maitre D, who does get $3-5pp. I'd say $50 for the florist and cake delivery if your venue isn't already providing the cake. I have no idea for the wait staff and bartenders. I think $100 is customary for your bridal attendant.

Oh, and I can't wait for pics! I can't wait to see how OUR dress will look on your day.

Good luck, Jen!

Thanks Jen!
I am so in love with the way the bustle came out, I will upload pics after the wedding so you can see.
Westbury Manor has the cake made at a local bakery so I am thinking they should be tipped.

We tipped the florist $50, they dropped off 2 pieces at the church (2 mins away), dropped off at my place and to my husband (about 10 mins from florist) and set up at WM. I was told to tip one person and they pool the tips.

The maitre d we tipped about $3.50 per person. We rounded up to an even number. The maitre d should share with the wait staff but you never know (think of busboys).

We did not tip waiters or bartenders. When we go to functions we tip the bartender so we figured our guests would do the same (they did). I know some guests gave the wait staff a tip if they really went above and beyond. The same goes for bathroom attendants, coat check and valet (your guests do this).

Cake delivery. No tip. WM is getting numerous cakes, cookies and pastries delivered everyday. I don't even know how you would go about making sure this person would get a tip.

Good luck, it will be here before you know it.
