TIPPING................... I HAVEN'T A CLUE...DO YOU?

Does anyone have a ballpark amount or suggestions about what's considered proper tipping for all the vendors?

I think the Maitre D is $2 per person...but I could be wrong.

I think the wait staff is tipped out from maitre'ds tip. You give to maitre d and he gives it out to all others. Everyone else I thought was standard tipping, 15-20%, but I'm not positive. That is what I'm doing.
