Tipping limo

our contract with the limo company has a fee of 20% surcharge which comes out to $29 each way. Is that considered the tip for the driver or do I still tip separately.

Tipping limo - Long Island Weddings

We did not have a tip included.
The suggestion from the company was about $25 per hour.
For the 3 hour hummer we tipped $75. For pick-up/drop-off we tipped $25. For the classic car for 2 hours we tipped $30. For the complementary car at the end of the night we tipped $30.
