I think that based on all of this, I am going to do the following:

Photog: $100
Assistant: $50
Video: $75
Florist: $0 - it is her business - she is the owner
Band: $200-$400 - I have a feeling they will pull out all of the stops and if they do, I will be very generous

I am being assigned a bridal attendant. I don't really need one, and I didn't know I would have her until the last minute. I guess I will tip her based on how much I use her services.
