Does anyone have a list of who to tip and how much? I want to try to start putting money aside for this so its not so much at the end

Maitre d Limo driver band or dj officiant
The maitre d is a given.. and you can just give them teh tip and they will divide it up and tip out the rest of the staff..
That is the only one I think you need to worry about..
I think for all others, use your best judgment..I think that as far as tipping is concerned, all the #'s vary.. If you feel that someone went over above and beyond, then tip them, don't feel obligated to do so..
