Tipping on wedding day

We are trying to play with our budget for the wedding. Who can we expect to tip on our wedding day and about how much is usually expected? Maitre'd, band, bridal attendant, etc?

Percussionist $75

Florist $40 (he's doing a lot of set up for us)
