Tipping Owner Vendors ????

Help!

We are trying to figure out which vendors to tip and how much to give them. All of our vendors are the owners of their own, home-based business. We have:

- DJ with MC and Percussionist
- Frorist with an assistant
- Freelance hairdresser (possibly with an assistant)
- Freelance make-up artist with an assistant
- Photographer with a videographer and assistant.

I'm especially concerned about the photographer because that is the one vendor that you continue to work with after the wedding as well.

What is the standard for tipping vendors that work for themsleves and how much is enough without being cheap, but also not breaking the bank?

I'm lost. Any help you ladies can offer is much appreciated!

I plan on tipping them all, I just have no idea what to tip. That's really more of the problem.

ps - I think I'm friends with your sister in law! The other Mrs. O'Connor lol

I know a lot of people don't tip people if they are owners but I tip if it's a job well done. No matter who it may be.
