tipping photog who is the owner??

My photographer is the owner of his company - do I tip him? How about his assistant? How much?

My videographer is also the owner. How about him??

Band - has 5 members - tip suggestions??

I don't plan on tipping my photographer and videographer (they are the owners) until I get my pics and video. But a good product is a good product, owner or not, and I plan to tip accordingly.

I don't have a band, so I couldn't tell you what the going tip rate is.

We are getting married at the hall, using Fh's grandmas Pastor (who is also related by marriage). he and his wife are invited to the reception, and we will probably tip him $100 in addition the the donation to his Church.
