How much should i tip my photographer and videographer

I having the same issue as I am unsure. The photographer sent me a letter stating that 15-20% would be nice.

Some of the girls said no way about 50-100 is plenty because we have to feed them too.

15 - 20% is way too much...that's what my dj wanted....HAHHAHAHAHA, cuz i'm not paying him enough already?
I'd say 100-150 for each

I did read an old thread that had an article that said no ONE person should receive more than $100 or $150 no matter how much you paid for their services.
