tipping question

tipping question

OK -
i know there are a ton of things here on tipping but do you have to tip your photographer and videographer before you pick up the book/video?
also, do you tip the hair and make-up people if it's their business.............

SO, what is everyone tipping everyone?

Here is who and how much I am tipping:
Matr d' - $400 ($2 pp)
Photographer - $100
Videographer - $100
Videographer Assistant - $50
DJ - $50
MC - $100
Makeup Artist - $30
Hair Stylist - $30
Limo Drivers $50 each driver (that is in addition to the 20% gratituty that I was charged on my contract)
Flower Delivery Guy - $25

considering the dj, videographer and photographers all own the companies, i think $100 each suffices.

My photographer, videographer, DJ, makeup artist and hair stylist are the owners of their own business and I am tipping them anyway.

When the owner of the business performs a service they get all the money so there is no need to tip them!

this is not true..... unless you are told they appreciate tips

i would tip a photographer of their own company... they are providing you a service-JMO
it is entirely up to you
