I am having a woman come to my house Saturday morning at 9:30 to do my make-up for pregnancy photos...the question I have is do I have to tip her on top of the fee I am already paying her??

it's up to you ...if she is the only one involved no, but if she works for someone i would..i probably would anyway just because i am like that, people call me crazyfor it. you can give her an extra 20 bucks.

if it is her business alone, then no tip. If you feel you'd like to tip for whatever reason, like she came to your house and normally doesn't, then a little something extra is fine, or you can send a gift afterwards. I'm sure she'd appreciate before and after photos for her portfolio
