Tipping Question

I am really confused about who gets tipped at the wedding and how much....

Is there a thread or a website that lists all of this and what percent each gets?

Priest/Officiant
Altar boys (if at church)
Organist/Musicians

Limo Driver
Florist Delivery Person

Maitre 'D ($3-5 per guest at your wedding)
Valet ($1 per car parked)
Bathroom attendant
Bridal Attendants at RH

DOC or Wedding Planner (if you have one)

Photographer(s)
Videographer

DJ, MC, live musicians
