If your RH includes tax and gratuity, do you tip above and beyond that? I'm so confused!

In addition to the included gratuity be ready to tip your bridal attendant and Maitre de separately. We gave bridal attendant $150 & Maitre de $400. If you have a maitre de fee included i wouldnt give him as much.
