Sorry, I'm ignorant about this and I don't want to make a mistake. Who do I tip involved with the wedding? Like do I tip the photographer, he is the owner of the company and do I tip the wait staff at the reception, even though I'm paying an 18% gratuity already? Please advise.

Re: tipping question
If there is a waitperson that was exceptional, you can tip them personally. But the 18% goes to your bartenders & wait staff. It does not cover your bridal attendant & Maitre'D.
If your photographer owns the company, you do not have to tip. If they bring a 2nd photographer or an assistant, it's nice to tip them.
There are a bunch of threads on here with more 'rules.' I think the good one was called 'getting tipsy.' Search for that.
