Tipping Question...

with less than 5 days to go, i am starting to get my envelopes ready for everyone.

I was wondering how to tip:

Photographer and Lighting asst. - $50 each
DJ/MC/pianoist - $50 each
Florist - ?
Priest - ?
Limo - each driver - $50
Bridal Attendant (2) - $75 each

My father is taking care of the maitre D'.

Does this sound about right? Need help with the florist and priest.
