My FH and I just made our next payment at the RH. we left forgetting to ask about tipping. I'm guessing we need to tip our Banquet Manager, the maitre'd, the dj, photo and video person. But how much???? Should we pay them all the same or base it on how much they do? I'm at a loss here, but any sugesstions would be great. Thanks.
For my hall we were told that we had to give the matre'd a minimum between $2-3 per guest and I believe we are supposed to give it when we make our final payment. The waitstaff is covered under our gratuity but its at your discretion if you want to give more... Im still trying to figure out what you do about the vendor too. HTH

From what I know, if you just tip everyone anywhere between 75 and 100, they're very happy. The more time they spend with us, the more they they deserve. Also, the MD should get around 2-3 dollars per guest, I guess. 'No tip' is not an option.
What do you think ?
