One member of the band is doing my ceremony and cocktail hour. I would like to tip this musician more than the others. Is it okay to give him his tip separately and then give the rest to the band leader to divvy up?? TIA

I would think that you can do whatever you want. It's your money and your day. I think tipping him seperately is fine.

i dont see it to be a problem with you want to give that one person more money then the others since his isperforming more music. But maybe you can put the money in enevelopes, so no one really knows he got more
