Tipping question

Tipping question

I am trying to figure out how much to tip everyone and I keep finding old threads. Are there any recent ones anyone can post or if anyone wants to list what they are tipping each vendor I would appreciate it. Thanks!

we tipped the photog, assistant, and video-$300
DJ/MC-$150
Bridal attendants-$100 each
Maitre D-$500
Florist Delivery-$20
Makeup-$120
Hair-$100
DOC-$120 (had 2 girls)

i'll be giving the following:

Officiant: $50-$100 (not sure yet)
DJ: $100
MC: $75-100
Zap Photographer: $50-75
Videographer: $100
Photographers: $100 each
MatireD: $400 ($3-5 per guest attending)
Bridal Attendant: $125

bleh, over $1200 i hope i'm not forgetting anyone

ETA: more tips
Makeup: $20 per person she's doing
Hair: $20 per person she's doing
