Tipping question when dealing with the owner of the company
So for my photographer and videographer they are the sole employees and the owners of their company. Do they expect a tip? I was planning on tipping them anyway, but they are recieving the $$ in full to themselves it's not like they have to pay out a cut to someone else.

Technically, no, they are not due a tip. You can tip them if you feel that they did an exceptional job on the day of, however.
