tipping seamstress

Is anyone tipping their seamstress? Are you supposed to do this?

I brought mine a nice bo-k, she seemed pleasantly surrpised. You definitley don't eed to tip. I saw many girls pick up their dresses from my salon and I didn't see a single girl give a tip or gift.

I didn't, but I wasn't too thrilled with her work or customer service. Besides, I felt that the cost of alterations was so outrageous, I was not about to give them any more money, JMO.
