I just wanted to know if you should tip the seamstress. This isn't even for my wedding dress, this is for bridesmaid dresses that I am wearing. I am picking them up today and wasn't sure if I have to tip her or not! Thanks!
i've never heard of tipping the seamstress, someone please correct me if i'm wrong. I'm not planning on it.

Hmmm..I've never heard of it before but honestly, I never heard of a lot of things until these boards so who knows.

i didnt and i have never eard of anyone else doing it
I've never tipped any seamstresses that worked on BM dresses for me. I think this is one area where you don't have to tip!!!! Yay!

My Alterations are $650
I cant imagine giving a tip on top of that, and keep in mind my dress fits like a glove, i only needed a 1 inch hem, and slight taking in and bustle

OMG you are using the same dress? That is too funny! Yeah it was for their wedding and a wedding I'm in the weekend before theirs. Both dresses are the same color. I didn't tip the seamstress, I just wanted to ask the question on here just in case. Oh I'm sorry I didn't take any pictures! I was just picking it up this weekend. What color are you having your dresses Jenise? I also heard that you are hanging out on Sat, we should have some fun!!!
