Tipping Vendors

What are acceptable tips for the different vendors on your wedding day? I do not want to under tip anyone but yet I have no idea what is acceptable.

Limo per driver:
Hair:
Make up:
Florist ? do you tip the florist?
Photogs? do you tip them?
Bridal attendant?
Matire' D?
BM?

Who else? Please help!

I've been calculating 18-20% of the total cost for each vendor just to give me an idea of what I'm looking at. Then I'll give more accordingly. While we are on the subject has your limo vendors told you that even though Gratuity is included it is nice to tip the driver anyway? I guess it falls into the lines of you pay your reception hall gratuity but you give the matre'd and the bridal atttendant extra money.

For the limo and the RH you are tipping 18-20% over the gratuity that you are already paying??

Is 18-20% the norm?

and im sure the $ thrown will prolly be more then what the DJ/band cost lol

i have a problem with this!

i know a friends wedding-over 15k was thrown on the floor. the band told my friends parents...heres the money back we'll keep the Tips.

that's what i would like to hear.
