Tipping vendors

What are you guys planning to tip the vendors? I have no idea what the norm is. Please help!

I searched on here and made a approximate average and worked with that:

hair $30 ( a lot of people used her too)
mup $40 (but I think I gave her 10/20 extra by
accident fine bc she did the flower girl a bit for fun no charge)
church custodian $100 (we had pew candles set
up so we gave an extra $40)
pianist $50 (one song but he searched for it and
is the resident musician)
musicians $20

Dj/MC $75 each
photo/video $75 each
limo $50 each but the B and G driver got a lot
more because he was amazing
