TIPPING Who to Tip and How Much?

I am just trying to get some estimates here if you guys could help me out who do I tip and how much I know so far these people I have to tip:

Bridal Attendent
Maitre D
Limo Driver
Florist (is it whoever drops off the flowers?)

Am I missing anybody and how much do I tip these guys?

Here is what we tipped:
Matre d' $520 ($3 pp)
Hostess - $100
Videographer - $100
Assistant - $50
Photographer - $100
MC - $100
DJ - $50
Limo Drivers - $50 each driver
Makeup Artist - $70 (she did 3 people)
Hair Stylist - $20
Flower Delivery Person - $40
