Tipping your garbage men
Hi all
I wanted to share this with everyone. My brother works for sanitation. This year some of the recycling trucks have been stealing tips off of his route. They look for envelopes taped on the garbage can. He has lost alot of tips this way. Of course, management is aware of this and acknowledged that they know who is stealing, but there is nothing they can do about b/c technically they are not supposed to accept tips.
Even some of the neighbors have called and complained that they noticed that unfamiliar people took the tips. Where my brother works they have the same route all of the time. I just wanted to let people know that if they are leaving envelopes taped on the cans, it may not get to the people who deserve it.
