Tipping..PLEASE HELP..this is stressing me out!!

Hi guys!

I need big time help with this...I don't know how much to tip, when to do it, and who to tip what??? Here are the people I would like to tip..how much should I give them each??

Bridal attendents (2 of them) - how much?? I was thinking 25 each. IS that too little??

Matr'd - Keep in mind whatever I give her, I would like her to share with the waiters (19) and bartenders (4).

Banquet Manager - He's been great and is going to be there the night of my wedding. I want to give him something..but don't know how much!!

Harpist for cocktail hour

Cigar Roller

Limo Guys (2 of them)

Priest at Church - do you usually tip him? I already cut a check for $350 the other day..

Photographers (2 of them)..how much?? when?? do you tip their assistants..??What about the video guys?? Do you tip them as well..??

Am I missing anyone??

I know, the tipping thing can be a bit overwhelming. Here's what I'm going to do, just to give you an idea.
flower delivery- $10 to each guy/girl
maitre'd- my father is going to tip whatever he wants
bridal attendant- depending on what she actually does, I will tip between $50-100
ceremony musicians- nothing, they're only playing for an hour and I'm paying enough
CH musicians- same as above
reception musicians- will tip each (8 of them) $25
limo drivers- they told my FH we 'should' tip each driver (3) $50, but considering they already charged me 20% gratuity, we may tip $25-30 each- if even
Photo/video- I will tip each (3) $100
officiants- not another red cent- I'm paying $750 for 20 minutes of their service
