Tipping...UGH!!!!

I know that I am going to tip the bridal attendant, head waiter, maitre d, photographer and videographer, DJ and MC but how much do I tip each of them???? HELP!!!!!

Here's the list I have:

Photographer/Video - $75 - $100 each


Limo-Check to make sure gratuity is not already included in the price, otherwise $50 each driver


Hair and Makeup- 20% of total cost


Band- $20-30 per piece

DJ - $100 - $200


Maitre'd- $3-5 per person


Bridal attendant - $100-200


Delivery People- Flower delivery person, etc. $10-20


Parking Attendants/Valets: If you're providing parking services for guests, give the supervisor a tip for the attendants ahead of time. Calculate about $1 per car.
