Do you tip the video and photo guys the day of the wedding or when you pick up your finished products?

Not there yet but i'm going to tip the day of. I think it's nice to get a tip after a long day of working your butt off.

Day of the wedding..it also adds a little incentive when they are finsihing up your albums
