What is the appropriate amount to tip vendors like your DJ, planners, etc? TIA!

i asked this same question last week because i was freaking out about it.
rule of thumb - if the vendor owns the company - they do not get tipped. overall, no one person should get more than $150 for their services.
Florist - owned by owner so i am only tipping the delivery guys and maybe will give him like an extra $50 for set up. the owner is preparing our arrangements
Band - they own the company -no tip
Limo's FH is taking care of this but prob like $50-75
Photographer/Videographer $100 each
Our RH includes the tip for the maitre'd
