those are my tips
as for the PT, i say no. you're already paying them an hourly rate. if you've developed a relationship with him/her and really want to, then i'd say do a small gift or something

I'm also working out with a personal trainer up until my wedding. Should I give him a tip as well???

IF there are 2 DOC's do you tip both $100??
I would def NOT tip your PT. You are alreadying paying them. Just because it's to get you in shape for your wedding, doesn't mean you need to give extra tip money.
